I'm Linthicum On Line Shop-are you linthicum?
Are you Linthicum? Do you personify the place! Maybe probably! I have been doing research into two of the original Linthicums- John Charles and his wife Helen Linthicum. Amazing people. I arranged to have their pictures put on a few items- coffee mugs, pins, tote bag,tee shirts with the slogan I'm linthicum. So are they and so could you also be! What a way to remember the past and show your community spirit!

At the present time mark up is only a few cents. This is to help lower the costs for local businesses who wish to stock up. In a week or so prices will go up so get yours before then. Whatever small proceeds will go to pay the costs of the research of my two books. Which will be out soon.

Linthicum Centenial Committee Join in the Celeberation fun!
This is generally confined to the Linthicum Heights area (pitty nothing was done much in North Linthicum as there are some of the old houses along the railroad, some Linthicum farm houses and the old lake site.....etc...) But lots of worthy and interesting activities. There is still some of the celebration year left to go so join in and learn something about the history of our region. If you have not been to the park to see the new monument you should go down- it is magnificent. We are all living on Linthicum Family land and the history of the Linthicum family has shaped the land and its development from earliest times.

Why Not Use Sidewalks?
Have you ever noticed that the people of North Linthicum do not often
use sidewalks but seem to prefer the middle of the road?
use sidewalks but seem to prefer the middle of the road?
Perhaps this is a cultural thing?
Perhaps it dates from the years when possibly the community had no
sidewalks?
Should we just remove the new sidewalks and put in gardens?
I shall document this with a few photos soon.....

Neighborhood vistas, architecture, and ornament
A cauldron...
Over the past several years I have received many interesting comments to the North Linthicum web page- People often say that the page brings back memories.... that is why we collect our photos here so that people can see the changes and revisit their favorite places. It is interesting to see what people have done to ornament their yards.... Here are some examples - send in yours.
